Hen Hotel

This a hobby of mine resulting from my sheer enjoyment of owning chickens. I am not a large commercial breeder and only have a few chicks at a time. However, they are very healthy, clean and well handled. Day old to a few weeks old. Email me preferably.

Mother Hen's Poultry

Mother Hen's Poultry is based just outside of Reading on the Berkshire / South Oxon border. We breed Chickens (large and bantam size), Ducks, Geese, Guinea Fowl and Peafowl. We also have a selection (11 different types) of fully vaccinated point of lay, hybrid hens which lay a mixture of browns, pastels, blues/greens and white eggs. Suitable for new chicken keepers.

We supply hatching eggs, day old chicks / ducklings to point of lay birds from our breeds of Chickens, Ducks, Geese, Guinea Fowl and Peafowl. We are DEFRA registered.

All my Orpingtons breeding stock have been sourced from the top breeders in the UK. I aim to breed and supply top quality healthy birds that are reared free range in large outdoor grass runs. All the colours listed are available from hatching eggs, growers, POL and breeding groups.

Nutbean farm chickens

We live down a little country lane just off junc 11 m4, we breed happy healthy hens, I worm twice a year and my chickens live in Eco plastic arks to help prevent red mite. I always have cockerels available which I charge £5 each for to cover the cost of feed. Also I sometimes have fertile eggs available, chicks and ducklings.

Breeds: Light Sussex, buff orpingtons, silkies, faverolles, Pekin bantams, Plymouth barred rocks, croad langshans, appenzeller, gold laced polish, Indian runner ducks, Aylesbury ducks.
