We are a smallholding which breeds and sells chickens at various ages. We also run a beginners poultry course to encourage every one to have the confidence to keep a few chickens and experience their own fresh eggs.

Breeds: Marans, hy-line, Araucanas silver and black, Silkies and Light Sussex.

Abbotsford Poultry specialise in the breeding of ‘Free Range’ chickens and ducks. We have good quality stock at various stages of growth throughout the year.

We breed the following varieties using good husbandry:
Rhode Island Red Cross Hens - A dual purpose placid, medium sized hen; producing quality brown eggs and well known for its good rate of lay. £15.00 each

Rhode Island Red Cross Cockerels are currently available – a handsome addition to your flock. £15.00 each

Khaki Campbell Ducks and Drakes – The Khaki Campbell Duck is a good egg-layer and a great backyard duck - easy to handle, with regular handling they can become very tame. They eat large quantities of slugs, snails, insects, algae, and mosquitos from ponds, but do not require swimming water to stay healthy. - £20.00 each

We believe Free Range is best and hatch and raise quality birds for the discerning enthusiast. We also supply table birds from day old. Fair prices for healthy stock and free advice on all aspects of hen keeping.

Feufield Club House -open Mon-Fri 12.00pm-6.00pm (closed wednesdays) Saturday and Sunday 10.30am-6.30pm
