The EGG (Ethylene Gas Guardian) is an ingenious little device that makes your fruit and veg last longer by absorbing the ethylene gas they give off as they ripen. In a confined space (like a fridge), ethylene results in the early rotting of your produce.

The EGG keeps the ethylene levels in your fridge low, meaning your vegetables last longer - saving you money and cutting down waste.

Contents: 2 EGGs per packet

Refills also available separately.

Just drop an EGG in each produce bin to preserve the freshness of your produce.

Conservatively, the use of the EGG should cut your spoilage in half. Besides the money that saves, it takes a load off our disposal systems, too.

After 3 months you should replace the EGG, or the packets inside the egg.

Don't throw the spent contents away - it's zeolite, a volcanic ash and we recommend that you put the spent zeolite on your plants - they will love it.
