The electrically assisted bicycle offers you the best of both worlds. Legally they're treated like a bicycle which means no helmet, no tax, no insurance etc is required. Is 800mpg equivalent green? You bet it is!

Mopeds & Scooters

If you have a second car that is mainly parked in the garage, used just to pop down to the shops, visit the dentist or run small errands, maybe this cheap alternative of a moped or scooter is the answer for you. Consider a Chinese Moped for best value.
