Gluten Free Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 11oz gluten free flour
  • 3oz ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1teaspoon sugar
  • 2teaspoon easy blend yeast
  • 7oz handhot milk
  • 8oz hand hot water

Method:

  1. Mix together the flour, almonds, salt, sugar and yeast in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat in the milk and water to form a firm batter.
  3. Pour into a 2lb loaf tinand leave to rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to gas mark7 220CC/fan or 200c.
  5. Bake for 25-30min.
  6. Transfer to wire tray to cool.

This will keep fresh up to 5 days.  Will freeze.
